Dr. Siriporn OKONOGI, Associate Professor of Chiang Mai University, visited Beijing Institutes of Life Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (BIOLS, CAS) with her 4 colleagues on May 10.

Dr. GAO Fu (also known as Dr. George F. GAO), vice president of BIOLS, attended the communion meeting and described the long-term goals and the focus on international collaboration of BIOLS. Participants from both sides discussed the details on the collaboration plan and other issues between BIOLS and Chiang Mai University. Then, Dr. OKONOGI and her colleagues visited the Protein Science Core Facility at Institute of Biophysics, the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Pest Management at Institute of Zoology, China-Japan Joint Laboratory of Molecular Immunology and Molecular Microbiology at Institute of Microbiology. They were very pleased for paying this visit.
