Dr. Yue-long Shu, Director of Chinese National Influenza Center, reported the monitor network of flu and the achievement in China. Dr. Gao from BIOLS introduced his research about HIV and bird flu, including the analysis of HIV escape immunity and H5N1 virus specificity through structural immunology approach. Dr. Michael King from University of London introduced the epidemiology, infectivity, prediction, prevention and treatment about depression.
